Customer involvement

There’s always room for improvement right? And we are always looking for customers to help us.

Getting involved can be a rewarding experience

Why get involved?

Thanks to our involved customers, we’ve improved the quality of our homes, improved how we handle customer enquiries and reviewed our anti-social behaviour response service and how we keep our customers informed.
