At Honeycomb Group, we're committed to making sure you, our customers, are at the heart of everything we do. That's why we've created a new executive role: Director of Customer, Communities and Safeguarding.
Some of you may already know Kerry Birtles from her previous role as Executive Director of Support and Wellbeing. Kerry has now taken on this new role, which has been created to make sure your voice plays an even bigger part in shaping your homes, your services and the decisions we make across the Group.
This role brings together customer services, communities and safeguarding under one Executive lead, helping us take a more joined-up approach and ensuring what matters to you has a stronger influence on how we work.
You may already know that listening to customers and acting on feedback is important to us. This new role builds on that commitment and strengthens our focus on making sure you feel heard, supported and safe.

Since joining Honeycomb Group in 2024, Kerry has led support services across Concrete, Glow and Revival. Before that, she held senior roles in social care, supporting children, young people and families. Throughout her career, she's been passionate about listening to people and using their experiences to improve services.
Kerry said: "I'm delighted to take on this new role. It's all about making sure customers are at the heart of everything we do and that your feedback helps shape the way our services develop. By bringing customer services, communities and safeguarding together, we can take a more joined-up approach, improve your experience and make sure customer voices have an even greater impact on the decisions we make. I'm looking forward to meeting more customers, listening to your views and continuing to improve services together."
Over the coming months, you'll see Kerry out and about in your communities, visiting your homes and services, and speaking with customers about the things that matter most to them.
Your safety, wellbeing and experience will always be a priority. This new role is another step towards making sure your voice helps shape and improve the services you receive.
If you see Kerry, please do stop and say hello. She'd love to meet you and hear your thoughts.
