    Become a peer mentor

    Have you been homeless or experienced our services, or another local service, and are looking to help others build a concrete future?

    By becoming a peer mentor, you can use your unique lived experience to support customers who are currently being supported through one of our service. There's lots to get involved in - from supporting customers at our 24/7 schemes, influencing and shaping our services and attending local hubs like Hanley Connect.

    In return, we provide full training and supervision, giving you the skills, confidence and self-management required to support customers and help shape the future of our services.

    We’re always on the lookout to build our team of peer mentors, working hand in hand with our customers and our team to make our mission possible.

    Support people as they move towards independent living.

    Become a move on support volunteer

    Want to help people take the next step towards independent living?

    By becoming a Move On Support Volunteer, you'll work alongside our team to support people who are preparing to move on from supported housing and into their own home. Through encouragement, practical support and promoting our service, you'll help customers access the information and opportunities they need to build a positive future.

    There's plenty to get involved in, from attending open afternoons at supported accommodation schemes and speaking with residents about the support available, to helping coordinate customer information and preparing resources for events and outreach activities.

    In return, you'll receive full training, ongoing support and the opportunity to develop new skills, gain valuable experience and make a real difference in your local community.

    We're always looking for enthusiastic volunteers to join our team and help people take confident steps towards a brighter, more independent future.
