We’re excited to share that our homelessness specialist, Concrete, has been shortlisted for the Successful Partnerships Award at the Homeless Link Excellence Awards 2026.
This recognition highlights the way that we work together with services across Stoke-on-Trent to provide more joined-up support for our customers experiencing homelessness and multiple disadvantage through the SPHERE service.
It reflects the strong partnership we have with Stoke-on-Trent City Council and CDAS (the city’s drug and alcohol specialists), bringing together housing and addiction support to help people get the right help at the right time.
For you, this means you can be confident that we deliver support that is more connected - where services work together, share information where appropriate, and focus on your needs rather than working in isolation. It helps reduce barriers, speed up access to support, and ensures help is better coordinated around your situation.
Whether someone is at risk of losing their home, trying to find stability, or facing complex challenges alongside other support needs, this joined-up approach helps ensure people are not navigating services alone.
Being shortlisted is recognition of how important this way of working is, and how it helps improve the support available to people across our communities.
It also reflects the commitment of teams and partners working together every day to make support more accessible, coordinated and focused on helping people move towards safer, more stable futures.
No matter which of our brands you work with, it proves our commitment to working together to strengthen services and deliver the best possible housing, support and guidance for you.
