How we'll support you.
Rough sleeping support
If you’re sleeping rough, our team can find you and help you get support.
Emergency accommodation
If you have nowhere safe to stay, we can help you find a place for the night.
Supported accommodation
If you need extra help with things like mental health, trauma, or substance use, we can help you stay somewhere with staff support.
Preventing homelessness
If you’re worried about losing your home, we can help with housing problems, money worries, and speaking to other services.
Moving into your own home
When you’re ready, we’ll support you to move into your own place and live independently.
Who are we working with?
Brighter Futures
A brand new partner for 2026! You might already know Brighter Futures. They have provided accommodation support across the city for decades. They specialise in homelessness support, particularly for vulnerable women, and people with learning disabilities
Adullam
We have worked with Adullam on our Destination:Home service for the past five years and we are happy to be partnering with them again. Adullam works in partnership with local authorities and other public sector partners to house and support thousands of people.
North Staffs Mind
We've also worked with North Staffs Mind on our Destination:Home partnership. They are our local mental health charity, supporting the mental health and wellbeing of people in Staffordshire for almost 50 years.
